At platter THIS we are putting a spin on the event catering industry as you know it. We aim to deliver you, and your guests with the ultimate experience that combines bursting flavours with creative visuals. We pride ourselves on handpicking only the freshest local produce, cured meats and antipasti delicacies; with a wonderful mix of the finest, locally sourced and imported cheeses. Our platters and grazes will be sure to take you on a journey of the senses. 


Cristina and Cass are the co-founders of platter THIS. Both co-founders grew up in Italian families where food has been the focal point of their lives for as long as they can remember. Meals were always lavish, and Nonna was always cooking for an army. Their favourite memories were made around the table, with family and friends as they were munching down on fresh cheeses, home made soppressata and warm breads. Platter THIS was founded so that they can share their love of food, and food styling with the rest of their community.
